Q: What if I don't find the answer to the question I have here?

A: Go to the "Contact Us" option on the Menu on the left and email question to us. We will then answer you and we may also include your question and the answer we give, on this page.

Q: How do I print off any of the forms or letters from this site ?

A: The simplest way to print a form or letter off on your printer is;-

Simply press & hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard (bottom left of the keyboard usually) and whilst still holding the "Ctrl" down,press the letter "P" key, on your keyboard, Once.

This will take you to your Printer Options & allow you to print the form.

Q: Does Oxygen Therapy hurt ?

A: The actual breathing Oxygen is just like normal breathing but using a mask, that we provide. But some people have likened it to flying. As the pressure increases you may find your ears "pop" and there may also be a slight discomfort in them. This should quickly pass once the pressure level you are being taken to, for your therapy, is reached. You just sit there breathing pure Oxygen until it is time to return to "normal" pressure and its time to leave.

Q: Do I have to be a Member to take any of the Therapies?

A: Yes. In order for you to have full access to all the information and therapies available, through MS Action, we require that you join and become a Member. Membership is open to all and full details can be found via the Menu on the left under "Membership".
