Welcome to MS Action.
MS Action is a charitable therapy centre, which has been providing complementary therapies for people with Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebal Palsy for over twenty years. You have to have a disability to become a Member.
Benefits have been reported by parents of children that have Autism and from people that have had a stoke, have tinitus, and all types of Neurological Problems.
The center is run by people, with Neurological Condidtions, for people with Neurological Conditions.
MS Action offers therapies specifically designed to meet the needs of people with Neurological Conditions.
We aim to improve the quality of life for all our Members and their carers through a variety of mainstream and complementary therapies, exercise, advise and support. The therapies are available only to full Members.

But where are we ?
We are in Walthanstow in east London. Close to the North Circular Road with access to the A12, the A13, the A10, the M11 and the M25 which can all be made from the North Circular Road.
